  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund, except where stated otherwise.

3. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse our website by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with the site’s functionality.

4. Liability

Island Stays PR is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damages during your stay or use of our rental vehicles. We recommend securing travel insurance.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Disputes will be resolved under Puerto Rican jurisdiction.
